I launched the brokerage in 2018 with the specific intent to create an internal infrastructure that enables our clients to receive a customized real estate experience tailored specifically to their unique needs and desires. We use the phrasing to describe ourselves as a “Premier Lifestyle Brokerage” to convey to our clients that they won’t be put into a technology-based, impersonal, or transactional environment but rather, we focus on helping you curate a lifestyle that aligns with your goals.

We are relationship-driven and client-focused, meaning our team employs a high level of intentionality to provide a hyper-focused client-driven experience where we trust that the money will take care of itself if we serve our clients well.

My entire work life has been built around a service-based mindset, from delivering newspapers at 12 years old, to working at the Ritz-Carlton, and now representing clients in their housing experiences, my focus has always been on trying to hit a bullseye on what people essentially desire, regardless of the industry.

At VCRE, we intentionally aren’t built for high volume, nor do we have a desire to build the biggest and highest grossing real estate firm in the state. We view “luxury” as not just a price point, but rather an experience.

Our service philosophy is very specific; it has taken much time to curate and hone and is unique in its own way. When I look to the future, our vision revolves around a continuous effort to fine-tune our craft and subsequently broaden our client base.
